This story board is about Rachel Carson's story in "Silent Spring". Where she explains how a Pennsylvanian orchard took water near by and tested it on fish. It only took 4 hours and the fish died because they could not survive in the water that was highly contaminated . The water is also considered drinking water. So it raised my attention that humans should not be drinking it if its killing fish. Should the public have a right to know this? Should they be told not to drink the water? Absolutely!
