Storyboard Description

Mrs. Barnaby is a very busy Bank Manager who is very up to speed with the technological world. She carries out most of her business online and is very keen on appearance. She goes to the salon regularly and now is ready for her next appointment. The salon she uses has a website that is just right for her. Using her iphone during a meeting, she logs on to the website. this then shows the homepage with simple information about the site and pictures. She then selects the “my account” drop down at the top of the page which then gives her the option to sign up or sign in. As she already has an account online, she selects “sign-in”. she is then directed to a page where she puts in her secure log in information i.e(username and password). When she is logged in she is then directed to a page which has new options and at the top right hand corner has “Welcome Mrs. Barnaby". As a busy woman she has no time to waste so steps are as simple as possible. The options on this page include: view your customer history, set an appointment, and log out. Miss Barnaby selects "set appointment". A calendar pops up with the time and dates available to her to choose from. She clicks the appropriate time and date to fit her schedule selects "submit" then selects "logout".
