This storyboard does not have a description.
Our child has suffered major damages. She was sick for more than 24 hours. The candies were not good to serve and they should have been changed when they were supposed to. It was Jen's duty of care to change the candies and that was corrupted when she neglected changing the candies and caused Lela to get very sick.
I don't think that this is very reasonable. Candy does not go bad, so it must have been something else that made their doctor sick. I always cover all of the candy in the shop. I might not change it when i should but it shouldn't have made her sick at all. I don't have any other excuse other than I don't think the candies need to be changed that often.
Lela's parents and their lawyer worked for 3 weeks on this case. Since Lela got sick, she has lost interest in any sweets and is not acting like herself.
Your Honor, my clients would like to present their case and hope to sue the candy shop worker.
Lela's parents took Jen to court 3 weeks later for negligence and damages lost.
I plead guilty. I hadn't changed the candies for over 2 months when they should have been changed every month. I didn't think that candies could cause severe food poisoning.
