Meenchie the Cat's Toy Store Adventure
This storyboard does not have a description.
Oh no! I lost all of my toys and I need to buy new ones but I only have $40! Luckily the store is 50%, or half off.
50% off Entire Store
Here are puzzles for $7.99 each! I also can see stuffed animals for $4.99 each!
I want to buy 3 puzzles and 2 stuffed animals.
$7.99 x 3 for the puzzles added to 4.99 x 2 for the stuffed animals equals a total of $33.95. $33.95 divided by 50% or 2 = $28.96 because 1/2 of $33.95 is $28.96.
Now I need to subtract $40 dollars which was my original price to $28.96 to find out how much I have leftover. 40 - 28.96 = 11.04 so I have $11.04 left over.
What if I bought 3 stuffed animals instead of 2. How much money would I have left over?
