  • Hi my name is Stella I'm the scientist in this town.
  • What i'm getting ready to talk about is very useful if you are wanting to replace Bill Nye the science guy.
  • I was wondering if you knew about the rock cycle?
  • The rock cycle is very important so lets go!!!
  • There are 3 different forms of rocks they are sedimentary, metamorphic, and igneous.
  • Intrusive igneous rock is form by the crystallization of magma at a depth within the Earth are called intrusive rocks.
  • Igneous is formed through the cooling and solidification of magma (or lava).
  • I'm going to make America great again!
  • Extrusive igneous rocks form when magma reaches the Earth's surface a volcano and cools quickly.
  • As magma is formed it goes through melting then when the volcano explodes into lava then the lava cools .
  • Compaction is a form of were sediments are pressed together.
  • Sedimentary formed when ever exposed at the earth’s surface. Then weathering and deposition take place. I
  • Cementation is the last stage of sedimentary rock
  • Erosion also takes a big part in this by breaking down the rock.
  • Metamorphic rocks have been modified by heat, pressure, and chemical processes, usually while buried deep below Earth's surface.
