  • 1st: So I don't know if Stanley's great great grandfather ever actually stole a pig. 3rd: Yeah I think so because you are the best inventor I know. 5th: maybe!!!!
  • “Every day you will carry the pig up the mountain. It will get a little bigger, but you will get a little stronger. After you give the pig to Myra’s father, I want you to do one more thing for me.” Madame Zeroni is telling Elya you have to do something but if you don't then you are going to give your family bad luck for the rest of their lives.
  • Chapter 50 and segment 41
  • 2nd: Yeah, but I know I am going to get great money on my inventing machine. Do you think so? 4th: Thanks, well bye end of the story!  5th: maybe!!!!!
  • “May I marry your daughter?” Elya boldly asked.“First, I must weigh the pigs.”Alas, poor Elya should have carried his pig up the mountain one last time. The two pigs weighed exactly the same. See  stanley's great great grandfather didn't take the pig up the mountain one more time which led him to bad luck.
  • THEME  this is just because I had a extra box.
  • Explain: When Elya stole a pig Madame Zeroni told him their will be bad luck for your relatives. Also when Elya didn't take the pig up the mountain one more time so it ruined his life because he didn't get to marry Myra. And everyone in his family believed that but Stanley Yelnats had bad things happen to him in his life time but it wasn't because of his grandfather it was just because it is life. Bad things happen in your life time. So at the end when it says that Stanley's mom insists that their was never a curse and his grandfather probably never even stole a pig that was probably just a made up story in Stanley's life just to say it is bad luck when bad things happen.
  •  “I’m worse than a pig thief,” he said. “You should leave me and find someone who isn’t cursed.” This is the part when everybody in Stanley's family thinks that they are cursed because the great great grandfather stole a pig.            Note: Sarah is in this
  • Oh I feel bad now.
  • Stanley’s mother insists that there never was a curse. She even doubts whether Stanley’s great-great-grandfather really stole a pig. The reader might find it interesting, however, that Stanley’s father invented his cure for foot odor the day after the great-great-grandson of Elya Yelnats carried the great-great-great-grandson of Madame Zeroni up the mountain. This is when everyone knows that their is no such thing as bad luck.
  • No such thing as bad luck, Even though something bad happens in the past doesn't mean something will be Bad too in the present/future. This is like Bad Luck.
