  • I wish we could something about the littering problems. There is so much trash!!!
  • Yeah I know right! I'm going write a letter to the president.
  • People want us to create a law making littering have a larger fine. 
  • Did  you know, that will be a great idea! We shall talk about it!
  • This is annoying ! Why are we debating on this!? 
  • The majority of people voted yes, Now it will go another house. 
  • I hope the president approves the bill and that both houses have approved. 
  • Any citizen suggest an idea to the congressman, then who writes it down. 
  • Me too! The fate of this bill is now up to the president!
  • The Congressman then introduces the bill of rights to congress. 
  • Should I sign this bill , so it can become a law? hmm Yes, I think I will!
  • The bill is then discussed, debated, and voted on in one house of congress. 
  • Littering is now a law!
  • Once the bill has been voted in one house, it needs to be sent to the other houses to be discussed, debated and vote on. 
  • Finally , the president reviews and signs the bill so it can be become a law. 
  • Now the bill is a law.
