Storyboard Text

  • Here on the ranch we face an awful lot of hurricanes! They really slow down progress with the crops!
  • My produce face a lot of droughts and dry seasons meaning my income comes to a standstill!
  • My farm gets damaged by the frequent floods we have up here on the swamp!
  • All three of these farmers are all very different but all face the same problems when it comes to climate. All the farmers come from LEDCs. Do you think climate and natural causes are a factor in how developed a country is?
  • I think natural causes do effect how developed a country is as countries that face extreme weather are often less developed. These countries include parts of South America and Africa.
  • Countries that don't face extreme weather are often more developed. Such as America and the UK. Natural causes is just one factor in how the development gap grows.
