What Is A Tide?
tide is the periodic rising and falling of Earth's ocean surface caused mainly by the gravitational pull of the Moon acting on the oceans. Tides cause changes in the depth of marine and estuarine (river mouth) waters.
A High Tide is when all the water is coming in closer towards the green mountasins in backround for example. It is not out and it means that you willl be walking in shallow water for a while before going deeper.
Low Tides are when the sea water is out in the ocean, meaning there is more space on the sand and further away from the mountains at the back. So when you enter the water it will become deep very quickly.
