The last thing the witches tell Macbeth during their visit, is that he will be killed by a man that is not women born and that he shall never vanquish until Great Birnam Wood to high Dunsinane Hill shall come against him and move into his land.
Ross went to tell Lady Macduff and her family that her husband has fled to England to meet with Malcolm about coming back and taking his rightful position over Macbeth. She responds telling her son, "Sirrah, your father's dead." Shortly afterward Ross leaves, Macduff's family and household is murdered by Macbeth's murderers.
Macduff goes to find Malcolm and tries to convince him to go back to Scotland to take his rightful kingship. Malcolm suspects that Macduff is working for Macbeth and is there to kill him but after Macduff is found sincere, Malcolm agrees to fight Macbeth.
Malcolm and Macduff plan to camouflage their army with trees and have a sneak attack on Macbeth by marching through the woods.
Macbeth and Malcolm's army marches to Scotland disguised as trees and have an advantage of a surprise attack on Macbeth.
While Macbeth was slain by Macduff, a man born of cesarean birth and not born of women, Lady Macbeth committed suicide because she was going crazy with the knowledge of the murders of Banquo and Duncan and couldn't be cured. In the end Lady Macbeth and Macbeth died and weren't king and queen.
