  • If a bill passes in the House. It goes to the Senate where it goes through a similar process.

  • After the bill passes the 2 houses and the president vetoes it, then the whole process starts over for the bill.
  • Now I'm going to mail this bill to the president for free due to my 21.franking privilege.

  • If the president vetoes a bill, congress can still override the veto
