Eduard wants to study more efficiently, by starting his study with the topics that need the attention the most. Topics he already knows he will look at later if time allows.

  • Eduard has planned to study for Skills IT this morning.
  • It's time to start studying for "Skills IT". Let's head into the computer room.
  • Eduard logs into CourseHub and it shows him the complete list of topics that will be covered in the next test.
  • What are the topics for the upcoming test? Which ones are most important?
  • Topics for Test 3 • Topic 1 (important) • Topic 2 • Topic 3 • Topic 4 (important) • Topic 5
  • He rearranges the topics by marking some topics as already mastered, so he can easily see how many topics he still has to study. The ordering also takes topic importance into account.
  • Two of these topic, I already know, so I'll check those at the end. What is the best order of studying these topics?

  • Clicking on the top listed topic, Eduard now sees a list of study materials that are available to him that cover exactly this topic.

  • Because the system keeps track of what Eduard has already done, he can easily continue his study after having his lunch break.

  • Because of the distinction between studied topics and topics Eduard marked as already mastered, he knows which topics he might want to have a quick look at before the test starts. Apart from that it is visually clear that he is done studying for this test and he can be confident in his ability to pass it.
  • I studied all the new topics. I might even have time to look over the ones I though I knew, just to be sure I didn't miss anything before the test starts.
