Meanwhile Hamilton and Jefferson are arguing about how they need to choose on which side to go for Hamilton wanted British cause of the trade routes and Jefferson wanted to go for France. Hamilton wanted to get off some things before they might go to war. Like Paying off war debts. Raising a government that has revenues. And to create a national bank to support all of their money.
Whiskey rebellion was a tragic occasion that occurred. The farmers was angered at the taxes so they took matters into their own hands. They beat up the Tax collectors and took their horse and sold it. Then they Tarred him and Feathered him and sometimes killed them.
Nutrallallity is what washington choose to do. They were in a tight situation and choose Nutrallallity instead which might have been a stupid idea but they were put in a weird situation. So they kept on trading and still had Frances trust.
