I will be judged poorly ☹️
Bob raped my daughter!
There was a lawyer known as Atticus Finch. He was well known in Maycomb for being a great lawyer. Atticus had two children, Jem and Scout. this is an example of exposition.
One day the judge asked Atticus if he could back up and help a legal case with a black man, Tom Robinson. Atticus knew if he had helped a blackman, people would judge atticus for helping black people. Atticus decided to help Tom in the court case. This demonstrates self conflict.
During the trail a man known as Bob Ewell stepped up on stage to accuse Tom of raping his daughter. Bob Ewell is the father of a poor family known as the Ewell family. Atticus stepped up to Bob Ewell and proved Bob Ewell wrong. This is an example of rising action.
Even though Atticus had proven Bob Ewell wrong, Bob still got his way because Tom is a black man and nobody would side with a black man. Tom got sent to jail and later even got killed by the guards. This is an example of climax.
Even though Bob Ewell had won the trail, he was still mad at Atticus for standing up for a black man. Bob Ewell was so mad that he spit on Atticus. This is an example of falling action.
Later on Atticus's children go walking down town to get Scout's shoes. All of the sudden Bob Ewell had lunged at the children and tried to stab them with a knife. A mysterious boy known as Boo Radley came to rescue the children. Boo Radley was always viewed as a creep in Maycomb but he proved wrong by saving the children. This is an example of resolution.
