Here's a tutorial on how to make granola bites. This is a quick and easy after-school snack!
Let's get started. First you'll need a bowl, and 1/2 cup measuring cup. We'll begin by mixing the dry ingredients together. Add these ingredients to a bowl and stir. 1 cup oatmeal (quick oats work well), 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, 1/2 cup chia seeds, 1/2 cup ground flax seeds, and 1/2 cup coconut if desired.
Stir in 1/2 cup peanut butter and 1/3 cup honey into the dry ingredients. Then mix in 1 tsp. vanilla.
Layer a storage container with waxed paper and roll the dough into balls. Place each bite sized ball into the storage container, adding a new layer of waxed paper when you fill a layer.
Place granola bites in the refrigerator or freezer until chilled.
Serve and enjoy!
