The witches inform Macbeth that Macduff will get revenge but the king cannot be killed by the naturally born. The theme of this scene is false hope because the witches are misleading Macbeth to the idea that he can't be harmed.
"The power of man, for none of woman born Shall harm Macbeth"
Lady Macbeth informs her son of hi step fathers tyrant tendencies and he isn't greatly phased. He then died after not fleeing
"Ay, that he was."
"Was my father a traitor, Mother?"
Ross informs Macduff that his family is dead and Macduff decided to set out for revenge against Macbeth. These of this scene is corruption because Macduff now wants to kill Macbeth for his family's sake.
"I shall do so(fight him), But I must also feel it as a man."
"Your castle is surprised, your wife and babes Savagely slaughtered."
