Storyboard Text

  • In a Vacuum, an object that is moving will keep moving and an object not moving will stay still unless either is acted on by some unbalenced force.
  • In the affected area of an unbalanced force, something will accelerate, with the formula F=ma, or the force of an object equals its total mass times its acceleration
  • For every action, there is a equal in force and opposite in direction reaction.
  • Newtons 1st Law
  • Squeal!!!
  • Newtons 2nd Law
  • Newtons 3rd Law
  • The driver slams on the brakes because a kid is in the road, although the car stops, his body keeps going, and without a seat belt is the windshield.
  • If both balls are thrown, the baseball will go farther because it has less mass and therefore more acceleration.
  • A rocketship is taking off, the action being the burned fuel being shot out the bottom, and the reaction being the ship being pushed upwards.
