  • Ok, now remember you can only use nonverbal communication for the next three minutes! 
  • So recently my mom has offered...
  • Ok now make sure your legs and arms are uncrossed, you're leaning towards the client, you're making eye contact, and are periodically nodding your head.
  • It would be an amazing opportunity but...
  • I am trying really hard to keep my facial expression relaxed and I am hoping it is coming across  that I am interested in her discussion.
  • Ummhmmm...
  •  It is a bit of an awkward situation for me...
  • I kind of feel bad that I haven't had the chance to talk to everyone...
  • Oh she is starting to discuss her emotional response. I must remain silent in order to listen attentively to thoroughly understand her emotional experience.
  • We are almost done our three minutes! That was not as uncomfortable as I had anticipated it to be. I feel as though I received a lot of valuable information in a short period of time.
  • But also at the same time it is conflicting...
