One example of a depressant commonly used is alcohol.
Alcohol is taken as a liquid, usually in a bottle or cup.
Alcohol consumption can lead to vomiting, fatigue, memory loss, and passing out. Continuous use can lead to damage of major organs such as your liver and heart.
Eventually, alcohol consumption can lead to hospitalization due to addiction, or damage to vital organs.
Drinking underage or driving under the influence of alcohol is illegal and will lead to many consequences such as up to $20,000 in fines and other expenses.
