  • The narrator will read aloud the definition of stress according to Merriam Websters.
  • Stress (n): a physical, chemical, or emotional factor that causes bodily or mental tension
  • Two students explain their own definitions of stress to give further insight on the topic.
  • Stress is how you feel when you have a lot of stuff to get done, but not enough time.
  • Stress is simply an uncontrollable workload.
  • The video will then display the question, what are the causes of stress
  • WHAT ARE THE CAUSES OF STRESS?
  • Eric, an interviewee, will describe how extracurricular activities overwhelm him.
