  • Why Did It Fall....
  • On January 4, 1643, the man who is known as the "creator of the forces" was born in Kensington, London, United Kingdom. When he was barely three years old Newton's mother, Hanna (Ayscough), placed her first born with his grandmother in order to remarry and raise a second family with Barnabas Smith, a wealthy rector from nearby North Witham
  • The Laws of Motion
  • When she returned, Newton was taken from school to fulfill his job as a farmer. Happily, the teachers of the school convinced his mother and he returned to King's School at Grantham to prepare for entrance to Trinity College, Cambridge.
  • What Else?
  • One day, Newton was in a chair, looking out the window, when he saw that an apple fell of a tree. He wondered why was the mysterious attratction that pulled the apple to the ground. He called this attraction, gravity, and it depends on the distance and the mass of the objects, in where the force is acting. In 1687,he wrote his observations in his famous book called, "The Principia".
  • Oh! Thanks Newton!
  • Thanks Newton! 1643-1727
  • •1st law: An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force •2nd law: The acceleration of an object depends on the mass of the object and the force applied. •3rd law: For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.
  • It will stay at rest, unless it experiences an unbalanced force.
  • The motorcycle's acceleration depends on the mass and the force applied
  • The wall is actually pushing an equal and opposite force.
  • He's one of the inventors of calculus, one of the contributors to the work of optics (physics that deals with the properties of light. He discovered that white light is made of a spectrum of colors. He invented a new type of telescope; the reflective telescope
  • Newton was an English physicist, mathematician, astronomer, and natural philosopher. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't know why an apple falls to the ground. His discoveries are the essential concept of physics and many subjects.
