  • Yes sir, I understand your frustration. This new process helps you receive a call back sooner than before, hopefully within the same day.
  • My fellow colleagues and I each have our own personal voicemail for patients to call on a daily basis. Checking messages and calling patients back is challenging.
  • I am getting to my messages quicker throughout the day instead of later.
