That's an interesting last name you have, where does it come from? The position is open because the last person that was in this position had an attendance problem. How many sick days did you take last year?

  • Workstation
  • Can you show me how to do that report in the programs that Sally is using? Do you have any time in the next 2 weeks to train me on the new material? I may need some additional assistance to understand the material. Oh one last thing, can I have off on Monday, I'm gong to a Dr. appt.
  • I will have to let you know...I have a lot of meetings, not sure. Hey, I noticed you have been off a couple days, it's important you have good attendance. I will need to let you know about your time off request.
  • I'm really shocked, I had no idea. You never trained me, gave me any reviews, or assistance with by condition.
