Workouts by Muscle Group
Want to work out a specific muscle group, but don't know how? This app will help you learn exercises for the muscles you want to work
(In the real app, an entire body, front and back would be available for users to hover over and choose a muscle group).

The real app would show pictures, demonstrating correct form and technique, with cues to help users complete exercises

This app would be great for people who know "what" they want to work out, but don't know "how." Users will be able to click on a muscle group and will then be navigated to another screen that gives them a list of exercises that will help strengthen their target muscle group. They can then click on the exercise and they will be taken to another page that provides them with pictures/video to show them how to perform the exercise safely and properly. It will also have a list of cues that they can follow to ensure they perform the exercise correctly.
This app could work great in a weight training class. Students would be given muscle groups to work out for the day, and they could use this app to help guide them through the various lifts. They could then record their lifts/reps on a piece of paper that they turn into the teacher at the end of the period.
