  • Don't you know it's punishable by death for a Jew to be in the streets after curfew?
  • Present yourself to the officer on duty and tell him you were out after curfew
  • You're right. Of course you're right.
  • Defensive battle heroic troops, General von Hartung succeeded in driving back the Russian forces near Bezanika.
  • Bezanika the Russians are there, only Kilometres away. My God! They're in Poland.
  • You haven't made any for years.

  • In exchange, you can eat all the pancakes you want in my café.
  • What can I do? The Germans don't let potatoes in.
  • Jakob is allegedly seen after curfew and is sent to the Commandant's office.
  • Do you know where Bezanika is?
