Storyboard Text

  • (4.3.15) "I have a faint cold fear thrills through my veins"
  • (4.1.67) "Be not so long to speak. I long to die"
  • ......
  • (4.5.38) "Death is my son-in-law. Death is my heir."
  • This is Juliet's quote about how she doesn't trust the friar. She thinks that he is going to trick her into drinking the vile. But she doesn't know what is the vile actually will do to her.
  • (4.3.55) "Methinks I see my cousin's ghost seeking out Romeo"
  • This shows that Juliet doesn't want to do anything about her situation. Instead she wants to just die to get rid of her problems. She feel her life has no use anymore because she lost Romeo.
  • (2.3.91) "For this alliance may so happy prove To turn your households' rancor to pure love"
  • This quote shows that Lord Capulet is describing death as a person. He is referring to Juliet who has just died . He is trying to grieve over his lose of Juliet.
  • (4.5.33) "She's dead, deceased, she's dead"
  • This quote shows that Juliet is imagining that if she went in the grave she would see Tybalt's ghost. He would be seeking revenge on Romeo who was coming to get her. She is only thinking of the bad things that could happen in the tomb.
  • I think that it is the Friar's fault for getting so involved into Romeo and Juliet's lives. He keeps coming up with plans that aren't working for them. He is pushing there relationship to far.
  • This quote shows dramatic irony one of the most used drama terms in Act four. The nurse and Lady Capulet think that Juliet is dead. But they don't know that Juliet is actually still alive.
