  • I'm W.E.B Du Bois and we both seek representation for the Pan-African congress at the versailles treaty table
  •  Women of the 1920's also had different views on how to live life and fashion. They loved to live fast-paced lives full of dancing and driving cars, discussing sex, smoking, and drinking. Their actions shocked their elders.
  • During the 1920's jazz gained popularity in America and worldwide. This upbeat music swept through the nation like wildfire, changing the way dances were devised and entertaining the crowd for many years
  • Marcus Garvey lead the Universal Negro Improvement Association with his followers they believed in black separatism and they urged those of African descent to move back to Africa.
  • Jonah compares it to people running onto a football field because the person more than likely doesn't know what a ghostly figure looks like running through the street.
  • The prohibition Era, U.S has now banned the transportation ,manufacturing, production, importation and sale of alcohol. The U.S has made this nationwide ban because they think it'll reduce crime.
  • Charles Lindbergh writes this on a piece of paper after giving up hope for looking for his son.
