Lauren is interviewing Amanda about her concussion. Opening scene is explaining her personal story and events.
"Oh wow! Tell me more about your effects and how that has impacted your life."
"My concussion was on the extreme level. I, to this day still go and see my neurologist even though it had occurred _____ years ago."
Talks about the brain and how it should usually be positioned. Then, how the concussion moves the brain and what that does to the brain.
Amanda states her symptoms of her concussion and in genreal but goes in more detail of what her doctor has told her about why she still has a slight one.
"The basic treatment is rest. For me, ..........................."
"So tell me more about the treatments to a concussion, and more personally, yours."
Lauren tells Amanda that she has had a concussion. Lauren goes into more personal detail and the steps that she took to get cleared.
"I had to go to eye therapy because I couldn't cure it on my own. My concussion lasted about 4 1/2 months. I had to stay in the dark and avoid all electronics, light, and noise."
Lauren discussions her symptoms, doctors and how she got her concussion. she wraps up the conversation with a statistic and thanks Amanda for joining her in today's discussion.
