  • EXPOSITION
  • CONFLICT
  • RISING ACTION
  • In past time, there was a king who decide if a person is guilty or innocent. The person being accused is to choose a door which either has a raging tiger or a maiden.
  • CLIMAX
  • The fair king has a daughter. His daughter falls in love with a poor commoner. Her father does not like the commoner because he does not like the fact his daughter is in love with him so he sentenced him to choose between the two doors.
  • FALLING ACTION
  • The princess knows what is to happen to her lover and knows who the fair maiden is that her lover might pick. She doesn't not like her and doesn't want to see her love with another woman.
  • RESOLUTION
  • The day comes when the commoner will choose his fate between death or life. The commoner is very nervous and knows the princess knows where the tiger is and where the maiden is
  • The commoner looks at his love to see if she would give him any signs of what door to choose.
  • In the end, the author leaves the reader with a cliff hanger. The author descides to let the reader decide wether the lover of the princess choose the tiger or the fair maiden.
