From a Bill to a LAW
Committees in both the House and Senate must approve the suggested Bill
Member of Congress introduces the Bill, the Bill is numbered, and sent to a committee
Bill is voted on by subcommittee then by the full committee; if passed, then to the House and Senate floor
Bill must be passed by House & Senate, then sent to Conference Committee, then approved by House and Senate again
Once the Bill is signed by the President, then it becomes LAW
