Hi, I'm here today to teach you about unhealthy foods.
And I'm here to help.
So here we are at our local grocery store!
We are here to pick out some healthy snacks. We are trying to stay away from processed foods.
When you grab a small bag of chips, check the serving size. It could have two or three servings
Don't eat out of the box or bag. You could end up eating more than the right amount.
This looks like a nice place to go on a walk. 15 minutes a day decreases the want for unhealthy foods.
Now, remember, when you go to the store, look at the labels. You could be consuming some pretty nasty ingredients
