  • Law of April,6th- 1830
  • WERE MOVING TO TEXAS
  • Benjamin Edwards comes to the Mexican controlled Nacogdoches and claims himself as the leader of the Republic of Ferdonia. Then he makes a foolish move and rebels against the Mexican government. He has 30 men and a few Cherokee Indians joined him to fight the Mexican government. 
  • Santa Anna Becomes Dictator of Mexico- 1832
  • HUEHUEHUE IM DICATOR AND VERY RUDE!
  • As General Manuel Mier y Teran says "  The Mexican influence in the colonies decreases as you arrive to San Antonio de Bejar to add onto the Anglo's, they now out number Mexicans by a ratio of 1:10. Texas could revolt against us and more settlers are coming. The Indians also are ready for war.
  • Sam Houston Arrives In Texas- 1832
  • COME AT ME SANTA ANNA!
  • More and more people are moving to Texas and Mexico is having a hard time controlling it. Most of the movers secretly want Texas to become a part of the United states.
  • Turtle Bayou Resolutions- 1832
  • I'll think about it.
  • We are still loyal but, can we get some of our friends out of jail?
  • Santa Anna became dictator of Texas because he said he would give the colonies more freedom, but just as he made his promise he broke it. Instead of making more freedom in the colonies he became supreme dictator of Mexico made even less than there was before.  
  • Sam Houston got to Texas in 1832 and was already famous for being a solider in the war of 1812. Though Austin was worried he would start a revolution, he still came. By 1834 the colonies were headed to war, he then be came the military general.
  • The Turtle Bayou Resolution was written to show that Texas was still loyal to Mexico. But they also want Jack Patrick and William Travis out of jail.
