  • I live in an apartment block with over 150 people yet I am lonely. I fear if I go out of my apartment that I will fall like I did the other day because I am so weak.
  • I have gained weight and continue on having pain. I am unable to do things for myself. My prescription to you is to start with little steps, walk around the block with a neighbour, take a Stand Up class that will teach you how to introduce physical activity in your life and you will see changes. Follow up in 3 months.
  • I am feeling much better lately and you have lots to do with this. Thanks for taking the time to walk with me and encouraging me to take Stand Up. My physician will be very happy with the results but most of all I feel much better. Let's try that walking trail next week.
