Storyboard Text

  • Conflict
  • I must be dreaming. This isn't real. I want to go back home!
  • Main Character and Trait
  • I can do this! I am going to take a dive .
  • Secondary Chartacter and Trait
  • Hi I'm Betty
  • The conflict in 'Elsewhere' is man vs self At first Liz can't accept the fact that she is n o longer living. Liz tries to convince herself that she is dreaming.
  • Setting
  • Wow! I actually like it here.
  • Independent. Liz is very independent because she doesn't rely on anybody for much of anything. For example: she took it into her own hands to try to communicate to the living through the well. She prepared for her dive / did it all on her own.
  • Favorite Part
  • This is my dog Sadie.
  • Caring. Betty is very caring towards Liz. She tried her best to make Liz feel at home in Elsewhere and to open up to her. For Example: Betty took Liz to the Gift shop to get whatever she wanted to brightrn up her spirits .
  • Least Favorite Part
  • Elsewhere is where the story takes place. Elsewhere affects the character (Liz) because, for a decent amount of time Liz was was all fake. But in the end she grew to really liking it there.
  • My favorite part was when Liz got Sadie, because I thought it was sweet and it was a turning point in the book.
  • Woof!
  • I didn't really like how the author ended the book.Liz turned into a baby and was released into a river for a new life. The ending was very short and quick . I felt it could have been a little more detailed / longer.
