When I was 11 my family moved to Venice Italy:Where sailors taught me to sail and navigate
I was inspired by the discoveries of Bartolomeu Dias and Christopher Columbus.
When I was older I gained a commission from king Henry VII of England
On one of my I adventures I was looking for a passage through the Continent of north America
Although I was never successful I did find Eastern Candida Newfoundland and the Nova Scotia and mapped its directions with a compass and used a astrolabe to map longitude.I have lost half of my food to scurvy and food to mold.We were all tired of sleeping on the ship so we decided to camp on the Nova Scotia.
During all of the sailing I did in 1497-1498.I hope we don't run out of food. The sea monster got us when were using an wooden x to measure the angle of the sun This morning we have faced a big blue slimy sea monster and a storm I hope the wind dosent stop blowing.
