Storyboard Text

  • Wow, so some powers were made a long time ago?
  • There is also Inherent Power. This is when power was used in history and is passed down.
  • Yes!
  • Oh that's cool that the states can do what they want separately
  • The next power is called a reserved power this is what the states use to make laws and their separate power from the national government
  • Cool! so they are like a team
  • There is also concurrent powers where the state and national government work together to make powers
  • Exactly
  • Exclusive is when the state government does not have the authority to do things the national government can
  • What's the next one?
  • Then there is powers denied to national government which means the national government is restricted on some things they do
  • That's good they can't abuse their power
  • And the very last one is denied to states, they can't do anything they aren't supposed to either just like denied to national
  • Thanks so much Bush! I learned a lot
  • Anytime buddy
