Andrew Jackson vetoed all the laws that didn't benefit the population as a whole only the wealthy.
Congress was said to be the voice of the people but it was run by wealthy people not the poor or middle class
Jackson also vetoed the national bank because it didn't benefit the people.
Jackson was also called a king because he can veto any law and votoed many laws at the time.
Through history many laws get vetoed and 12 may have been a lot for his time but nothing for out time
