"What is he whose griefBears such an emphasis?" Hamlet returns and confronts Laertes. The King sets up a duel, but plans with Laertes to poison Hamlet. If the poisoned sword of Laertes doesn't kill him, then the poisoned drink will.
"Have at you now!" Hamlet and Laertes fence, and Laertes wounds Hamlet with the poisoned sword. Gertrude drinks the poisoned drink, Hamlet takes Laertes's sword and wounds him, stabs Claudius and makes him drink of the poisoned drink, and 'imself dies last of all of them.
"Let us haste to hear it,And call the noblest to the audience.For me, with sorrow I embrace my fortune:I have some rights of memory in this kingdom,Which now to claim my vantage doth invite me." Fortinbras arrives to see all of them dead, and understands that his newfound fortune is merely a result of terrible misfortune.
