  • It was a long, dreary night and the man was faliing asleep in a chair when he heard tapping on the door.
  • Falling Action
  • "No! No! No! Thi-this isn't possible."
  • "Nevermore"
  • The man opens the door and finds nothing. He began to worry as to what the noise was when there was a tapping on the window. He opens the window and in flutters a raven.
  • Resolution
  • "Nevermore"
  • He begins to ask the raven questions about his dead loved one, Lenore. The rave only replies with "Nevermore." The man gets mad and begins to call the raven evil.
  • Personfication
  • The man begins to go mad with his anger for the raven. he shouts an screams for the raven to leave his loneliness unbroken. The raven only replies with "Nevermore."
  • "GET OUT!!!"
  • The raven doesn't leave the mans chamber. The man goes crazy for the raven did not give him the hope he dreamed for. The only reply the raven gave was "Nevermore."
  • "Why"
  • "And each separate dying ember wrought its ghost upon the floor."
