  • Commander of the U.S navy, Oliver Perry was in Lake Eerie. The U.S navy fought in the battle for 2 hours, then Perry's ship sunk. Then, Harrison caught up with the British ships and defeated them at the Battle of Thames.The Impresment is when the British is capturing the American sailors amnd captured American ships.
