  • Steve goes into the hospital one day to inquire about about a nasty looking abnormality on the back of his shoulder. The Doctor informs him that he has Carbuncles.
  • You have Carbuncles!
  • !
  • I would recommend that you put a warm compress on it a couple of times a day to help drain it a little and take some ibuprofen for the pain. However, you will need to come in so that I can remove it.
  • Yikes!
  • Even though he was very worried about getting the carbuncle removed, Steve went home and did what the doctor told him.
  • Steve goes in the next day so that the doctor can make an incision and drain the carbuncle, thus allowing it to heal properly.
  • The procedure went off without a hitch and Steve can now go back to living his daily life pain-free.
