The exposition of "The most dangerous game" is when Ransford is on his boat and he ends up in the water. He swims until he reaches the beach of the island and is very scared about what he is going to do.
The conflict in this story is that General kills people. Ransford and the General are trying to kill eachother and are hiding from one another on the island.
The rising action is when Ransford is on the island and finds The Generals house.
The General and Ransford meet each other and begin to talk. The climax is when General tells Ransford that he kills humans.
The falling action of "The Most Dangerous Game" is when General gives Ransford the option to be hunted for 3 days, and go home free if he survives, or be tortured to death by Ivan. Ransford takes the 3 day challenge and they try to find and kill each other.
The resolution is when Ransford goes into The Generals house and finds him asleep in his bed. Ransford feeds the General to the hounds and he gets a good nights sleep. Ransford has won the challenge.
