I am so misunderstood. Not all fats are bad for you.
"Fat is like so stupid!" "Why would you eat something even though it will make you fat?"
Fats aren't only there to make you gain weight. They also help your body regulate and be healthy.
Examples of Not good Fats: Cupcakes, chips, fast foods, sugar, fried foods, and foods like that.
Some fats will make you gain weight. However, if you consume the right fats, you will live an extrememly healthy life.
Examples of Good Fat Foods: Avocados, cheese, dark chocolate, whole eggs, and foods like that.
You see, little Jimmy isn't strong enough to play basketball, because he thinks that fats are bad for you.
So now, I sit around and try to think of ways to get people to understand that I'm not that bad...
My only weakness is candy...
