The Han farmers had to grow enough food to feed there families . They also had to make there own clothes and give one month of paid labor.
People would spin the silk and they would mine the salt and get it from the ocean
The Chineese industry was able to get/make salt and silk. The salt was used to presurve meat and vegetables for the winter, and the silk could be used for paper
Chinese scribes used some of the same tools that the painters did they wrote there charecters by painting them with ink
They would use treatments like the acupuncture, the moxibustion, and how to feel there heart/pulse.
They made two very sucsessful tools. First is the Seismograph this could detect earthquakes, the next one was the compass it told them the direction this was used mostly for temples and graves.
