HI my name is Sophia and this is my life living in the Pax Romana.
Let's talk about my family. I'm 28 with two children and a husband but he's working in the military.
Hi my name is Noah and I've been in the military since I was I was 13 years old.
Next is social classes, the plebeians are below my social class which is the Patricians. The Patricians are wealthy land owners, say in government, veto power, top class. The Plebeians don't have much respect, they have no say in government or power, very little rights and there poor small farm owners.
Next is literature, as a Patrician women I had an education to a limited state. I would be home learning how to take care of my children and the house. Men were educated at a young age, they learned leadership, poetry, literature, history and geography.
Next is games, as a girl I played with rag dolls, wax dolls and board games.Boys played war games, wooden sword fights, wrestling and tag. Other games we played were balls, bats, hobbyhorses, hoops, knucklebones (which is like Jacks). We also played with our pets which were dogs, ducks ect.
Next is medicine, roman medicine was highly influenced by greek medicine. Every household had their own medical specialist. Doctors did not have to pass a medical exam or required to study professionally. They learned by watching doctors that have passed away. Doctors had surgical equipment, they had to try many different methods and ingredients to see what worked and what didn't.
