As Ceri gets ready for work, she glances at her calendar app. She has a busy day ahead of her and no time for surprises.
Oops! There's no food to make lunch or dinner tonight. Ceri and her husband will need to to alter their plans now.
Ceri needs to work through lunch. She has food delivered to her office, and is frustrated with how expensive it is to order healthy food.
Ceri is stressed and finding it difficult to focus on buying groceries. Baby Jack is fussy, the store is crowded and the checkout clerk is getting impatient. This is NOT her idea of quality time with Jack.
As Ceri unloads groceries, she realizes that most of the produce is spoiled. Apparently, she was preoccupied at the store and didn't pay attention to the quality of the food.
Ceri is sad to miss reading to Jack before bedtime, since the family ate dinner later than usual. She talks to Brian about needing to find a better, less-distracting and simpler way to shop for quality groceries.
