  • Right now I'm standing outside of my cities town walls. I live with my family in the town called Mohenjo-daro in India. We are also right next to the Indus Valley River.

  • My culture and my people believe that if you bathe in this river that you will cleanse your body and soul. They feel that this will take away sins our bad things they have done.
  • Our houses that we built are made out of mud bricks. They all have flat roves so we can go out when it is hot.
  • Toilets
  • Shower Rooms
  • Our showers are simply a jar of water and a drain that we stand over. Our toilets are bricks with a hole that lead to a pipe.
  • River
  • This bath can be used to bath in, in the morning.
  • Great Bath
  • This bath is used for cleaning before entering a religious site or temple.
  • This is one of our boats that we use to trade with possibly Mesopotamia. This sign that reads Mohenjo-Daro means that we own this boat and no one can take it.
