  • Hi, is this Group 10 again, man I’m sorry, but this is Jamie.
  • No problem. I am running into to the same problem I came to you guys with last Thursday concerning my printer. You guys fixed it, and all of a sudden today when I came into my room to print. I realised it was not printing. It is supposed to be working because just yesterday I had my nephew print his entire project; it worked fine.
  • Hello good morning, Group 10 help desk, Danniele speaking. How may I help you today Jamie, is it okay if I call you by your first name Jamie?
  • Okay, I see. Okay sir, you mentioned that you contacted us last week Thursday. Is it okay if I put you on hold for a short moment of time? I just need to check our ticketing system so I can review the issue you were having last week.
  • Okay sir, I have just reviewed your ticket information. According to the ticket entered, your printer was not working due to no ink and a blinking power button.
  • Your issue was then resolved by one of our technicians who manually came in.
  • Yes, and it was working perfect after that. But the problem I am having. It started today, and it is really starting to piss me off this morning. I need to print some pamphlets for my sister before she travels today.
  • Yea she’s plugged in alright.
  • Yea, yea. Okay
  • I am terribly sorry to hear that technology is giving you such a hard time this morning. Unfortunately, that’s how it is sometimes.
  • Could you go behind the printer for me and make sure that the printer is plugged in.
  • Ok sir, is it okay if were try a few steps.
  • Okay, while at the back, did you notice a paper jam?
  • Is the power light on?
  • No, for some reason it’s not on.
  • Nope. Everything looks fine back here.
  • Could you press the power button and see what happens?
  • it’s okay sir, perfectly understandable. Glad I was able to resolve your issue for you
  • ohhhh for crying out loud. I never had to turn it on before. Are you serious? That was it? I was blowing up for that. Man Group 10 helpdesk. I am so sorry for any time wasted. But, I feel so stupid right now man, I have to admit.
