American Dream Kennedy A.
This storyboard does not have a description.
The "American Dream" is created by the immigrants who come to America in search of a better future. By listening to their perspective on why life in America is a "Dream" saturated with opportunity, the "American Dream" comes alive for their descendants, as they learn to appreciate the privileges of American life.
Resources such as public schools and public libraries are indiscriminately given to all people who live in the US. These resources enable self-education in a country where high education is often necessary for a successful career, a central part of the "American Dream."
The elements of the "American Dream" which are not given directly can be pursued. The pursuit of happiness, for example, is written into the American Constitution. The freedom to take initiative and start a business, do well in school, or perfect a hobby all result in some form of personal success.
