WOAH! What's that? It looks like milk, but it's brown?
Oh, that's called chocolate milk. My mom makes it for me all the time. Come over after school and we will show you how to make it!
It's Nicolas' first day of first grade. He is on the lunch line with his new friend Carlos and he spots something he's never seen before!
The day dragged on for Nicolas. The school bell finally rang and he dashed to Carlos’ house!
Welcome to our house Nicolas, it is so nice to meet you! I am excited to teach you how to make chocolate milk. First you need to gather your materials.
Yes, you will need a cup, milk, chocolate syrup, and a spoon.
Squeeze the chocolate syrup into the cup. If you really want it to be chocolaty, squeeze about a half an inch of chocolate syrup into the cup.
Now you add the milk! Be careful... make sure you hold the cup with your other hand as you pour so you don’t knock the cup onto the floor. I’ve learned that the hard way.
Once the milk is all poured in, you can stir the milk with a spoon! The best part of drinking chocolate milk, is drinking it with a chocolate chip cookie.
What’s even better than drinking the chocolate milk with chocolate chip cookies, is drinking it with new friends!
